My name is Justine I have been working with children and family’s for over 10 years. I have experience with children with special needs as well. I am able to complete house chores extra curricular activities. I have worked with multiple families and don’t mind being on call when needed. I also do nanny share depending on what you like. I have in the past done tutoring and homework help. I am very flexible and willing to be of help where I can.

We were incredibly lucky to have Justine as our night babysitter from the time our son was born. She took care of him 5 and sometimes 6 nights a week for over three months, and her support made an enormous difference for our family during those early weeks. Justine is exceptionally caring, attentive, and trustworthy. She has a real gift with babies and was always generous with helpful tips, reassurance, and practical advice. Her communication was proactive and clear, she kept us informed, anticipated needs, and made sure we always felt confident and at ease. We truly felt that our son was in the best hands, and her calm, professional presence allowed us to rest and recover. We would recommend Justine without hesitation to anyone looking for a night babysitter or newborn care, she is simply wonderful.

For the past ten years, I've been privileged to provide dependable, personalized childcare to dozens of families. I enjoy getting to know each child’s unique personality and creating an engaging, safe environment until their parents come back. Parents appreciate my creative, friendly, and adaptable nature. I’m always tuned into behavioral cues from kids, and I have lots of tricks up my sleeve to make bath time/bed time go smoothly, win over kids with separation anxiety, and defuse toddler tantrums. I always follow parents’ preferred method of communication regarding your child's day and will happily send pictures and updates. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational activities. I am a medical student in my final year of medical school and have an undergraduate degree in neuroscience and Spanish. I am comfortable caring for up to four children of varying age groups, from infants to pre-teens and older. I am certified in CPR and Basic Life Support. I speak both English and Spanish, and I look forward to the possibility of becoming a trusted caregiver for your family.

She was wonderful with our 1 yr old son. She was kind, playful, understanding, and communicative. We would love to work with her again.

Hello - my name is Jas! Currently I’m looking for some part time work, and I have availability for 1-2 evenings a week or weekend. I got into babysitting at a young age for kids in my neighborhood. As I got older I expanded into other parts of childcare as well! Some of my experience includes volunteering at my local children’s center as an after school aide, working and hosting birthday parties at my previous job, being a camp counselor every summer for years, and being a nanny for the past 4 years. I've been working with kids for almost 7 years now, and before the pandemic I was a part time crafts teacher at an after school program. I was in charge of a class of 10-15 kids for a few hours every week doing small projects together. All in all I adore my time with kids and I’m not afraid to get down on the ground and play with or engage your child when it comes down to it. I am very motivated to help children be happy, healthy, and well behaved. I am very interested in helping you with your child and I am really flexible with scheduling. I have previous caregiving experience in dropping off/picking up children, helping them with homework, doing crafts, preparing simple meals, doing indoor/outdoor activities, reading, bedtime routines, etc. If you have a pet I don’t mind! I am not allergic to cats or dogs so I am all good on that front. I look forward to hearing from you!

Great with our dog!

Hello everyone, I began my career as a Montessori preschool teacher, where I developed a deep understanding of child-led learning, developmental milestones, and creating enriching, structured environments. In 2019, I transitioned into professional nannying, bringing my classroom expertise into private homes to provide personalized, high-quality care. My approach blends Montessori principles with attentive, individualized care ensuring each child feels secure, confident, and inspired to explore their world. I am warm, patient, and caring, always valuing safety, respect, and open communication. I strive to communicate clearly and kindly, fostering an atmosphere of trust. When working with children, I like to use positive reinforcement, simple explanations, and consistent follow through to create a supportive environment. With parents, I remain organized and transparent, making sure everyone feels heard and valued.

She was wonderful. Very patient with our toddler and he had so much fun with Miriam.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
