I currently work as a Care Manager, where I advocate for individuals with IDD, coordinating services, and help ensure their needs are being met. My passion for working with children began when I was just 14 years old at a daycare center. Since then, I’ve gained valuable experience working with children of different ages, personalities, and developmental needs, including my time as a paraprofessional in a school setting. I would describe myself as compassionate, patient, dependable, attentive, and naturally nurturing. One of the things I love most about working with children is being able to witness their growth, celebrate their little accomplishments, and help them discover the world around them. AKC Trainer & Pet Safety & CPR Certified Shane has been training dogs for over 15 years. His passion for animals started years before that when he worked at a canine training center as their maintenance guy. Since then he has expanded his love of working with animals to more than just one on one training for dogs. Shane has experience working with all sizes and breeds of dogs, a multitude of temperaments and behavioral issues, and a variety of ages. Shane also has experience with cats, small animals of all types, reptiles of different species, amphibians, birds, and aquatic life. His love for animals shows with the menagerie he has at home. He has several dogs, cats, & reptiles.

I am a 55 year old active women who has experience with small children and school aged kids. I have worked with a family in Warren whose boys were in grade school. I picked them up from school and took them to activites. Educational play for small children is very important to develop fine motor skills. I enjoy reading books and teaching them. I will get on the floor and play with them. I can prepare meals/snacks and light housework such as laundry and tidying up. I am able to follow your routine as close as possible. I raised three successful dauthers and am now enjoying me new grandson who just turned 10months old. ,
