Hello! I am a Montclair State Alumni, graduated with my Bachelors in Public Health in 2021. I am currently a flight attendant, just looking to help families out when I’m not flying. My schedule does vary month to month, so I’m definitely looking for flexible jobs! :) I started babysitting for other families in college in the Montclair area from different age ranges 8 months - 15 years old. I am a dedicated and compassionate education professional with experience working with children and students with disabilities. My educational background includes studying Psychology at Felician University, where I developed a strong interest in child development, behavior, and supporting individuals with different learning needs. I am continuing to pursue my goal of completing my education and becoming a certified Special Education teacher, with a particular interest in working with neurodivergent children. Since August 2022, I have worked as a Teacher Assistant with the Plainfield Public School District in New Jersey. In this role, I provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support to students with diverse needs. I work closely with teachers and other school professionals to help students participate in classroom activities, follow routines, develop independence, and feel safe and supported in their learning environment. My experience has given me the opportunity to work with students who require additional patience, structure, communication, and individualized support. My passion for working with children with special needs is also deeply personal. I am a parent of children with special needs, and my own experiences have given me a deeper understanding of the challenges, strengths, and unique needs that children and their families may experience. Being a parent has taught me patience, compassion, advocacy, and the importance of celebrating every child's individual progress. It is one of the reasons I chose to dedicate my career to working with children who need additional support. I consider myself a loving and caring caregiver because I genuinely care about the well-being of every child I work with. I understand that children need more than supervision—they need patience, encouragement, understanding, consistency, and someone who will advocate for them. I strive to create an environment where children feel safe, respected, accepted, and valued. I treat the children in my care with the same compassion and patience that I would want someone to show my own children. My personal and professional experiences have strengthened my commitment to education and caregiving. I want to continue growing professionally and eventually become a Special Education teacher who can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

My name is Pauline I am a Nanny. English is my first and only language. My experience is with 3 months to 11 year old. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) babysitter with over 3 years of experience in schools and more than 3 years caring for two girls in a family. I have taught young children both languages and created educational activities. I also worked for one year in a high school as a teacher’s assistant for children with special needs. My child care experience expands across all age groups including special needs. I find such joy in being a positive mentor in a child’s life. I love to have fun! Working with kids ages 3-13. I also have over 15 years working with children , as I started working at a nursery at 17 years old. I also have my associates degree in education and am planning to continue school.
