I’ve been a preschool teacher assistant for the past three years, and every day reminds me why I chose this field. I’m comfortable with diaper changes, bathing or shower assistance, helping with brushing teeth, meal and snack times, and keeping children engaged throughout the day. My experience has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, clear communication, and creating a structured environment where children feel comfortable and confident.
