Hello! I'm Brooklynn, a freshman at NYU Tisch. I've been working with kids for 1-2 years now, but I've been taking care of my baby cousins since I was in middle school. I love music, watching movies, reading, cooking, and baking! I am willing to do whatever house care and cooking you need, but running errands might be a little tricky for me to do. I also have 3 dogs at home and am very familiar with their care! If you have any other animals, I am willing to do my research beforehand. The one animal I cannot be around is a guinea pig because I am allergic.

Hi! I’m Gabby. I’m 28 - born and raised in NYC. I’ve had a huge passion for childcare since being a teen. Most recently I babysat for 2 gorgeous twins - 1 boy and 1 girl from their ages 5-7, until they moved away in 2024. I built a strong bond with them almost instantly that only got stronger over the 2 years. Since then, I've been doing occasional gigs here and there, but I hope to find more steady work. I’ve had several other jobs related to child care as well as pet care. I’m naturally a very nurturing person, so babysitting especially is something I gravitate towards. It’s also in my blood as I come from a line of teachers! My grandmother was a teacher in her day and my mother is an assistant teacher at an amazing nursery school! Everyday she comes home from work excited to show me new pictures of her babies at school - so sweet. Aside from childcare, I also have a background in art from my father’s side. As much as I love children, I'm currently finishing up a degree in Interior Design at Parsons (all asynchronous classes, so it would not interfere with my schedule). My favorite thing in the world is being able to combine my two passions – childcare and art! I love teaching kids art and introducing them to new medias, even getting technical and teaching perspective such as drawing 3D objects! During my last job with the twins, I introduced them to felting which was very fun. It was so rewarding to see their colorful creations! Overall I’m looking forward to going back to childcare. I am also able to look after any animals if needed, I am a huge animal lover and have looked after everything from dogs, to even chickens!
