Nurturing young minds is truly my passion. Olivia 1 review
$25 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in Short Hills, NJ

I have tons of experience working with children, especially those in the five and under range. I have previously worked as a camp counselor for preschool aged children, in which I was the lead counselor responsible for fifteen four year old children. I also used to be a swim coach, teaching assistant, and still babysit and teach swim lessons today. All of these jobs have given me a multitude of different experiences with kids and have taught me how to best work with them depending on the situation.

“Olivia is fantastic. She is incredibly responsive, always getting back to me within an hour before her babysitting date with my son. She arrived on time, and sent me updates throughout the evening. We asked her to stay with our son at a hotel while we went to a wedding - she came prepared with extra kids' activities, took him swimming, arranged dinner, and sat with him in the dark hotel room when he woke up asking for his parents. 100% recommend her and would hire again!”

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
