My classes are in the mornings, so I’m available for afternoon and evening childcare starting around 3:00 PM. I’m a mom of two grown daughters, ages 18 and 19, so I’ve spent many years caring for children and know how much patience, consistency, and warmth they need at every age. I’m comfortable caring for babies, toddlers, school-age children, and teens. I am a dedicated and compassionate education professional with experience working with children and students with disabilities. My educational background includes studying Psychology at Felician University, where I developed a strong interest in child development, behavior, and supporting individuals with different learning needs. I am continuing to pursue my goal of completing my education and becoming a certified Special Education teacher, with a particular interest in working with neurodivergent children. I've worked as a Middle School tutor since I was in high school up until college. I worked briefly at an elementary school for 3 months. I'm the oldest sister of my family, so in general, I'm alright with kids. I served as a Cat volunteer at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in New York for a summer. Overall, I prefer to work with cats, but I'm ok with other animals (with care instructions, I can pick things up quickly).
