I've worked with newborns, babies, toddlers, and older kids, including twins and families with multiple children. I also had the opportunity to care for three children on my own while their parents were traveling in Europe, which gave me even more confidence managing busy routines, keeping everyone on schedule, and making sure the kids felt safe, happy, and loved while their parents were away. I'm comfortable with everything that comes with caring for kids—feeding, diaper changes, naps, meal prep, bath time, bedtime routines, school pick-ups, and keeping little ones happy and on schedule. One of my favorite things about working with children is watching them grow up. Seeing a baby take their first steps, say their first words in Spanish, or learn something new never gets old to me. Those little moments are what make me love this job. I'm bilingual (English & Spanish), patient, and easy to work with. I also don't mind helping with children's laundry, tidying up after the kids, or preparing meals and snacks.
