Prior to owning my own business I worked for a management consulting company, specifically working in technology. I loved my job, but loved my kids more and needed more time with them. fast forward 6 years and they are now very independent and I find myself having more free time. I currently substitute teach when I’m not with my health and wellness coaching clients or running kids wellness parties & camps. I know exactly what it’s like to be a working mom with a high pressure job with young kids. I was fortunate to have my parents local to help me when I had a huge meeting and one of my kids ended up sick. I realize many parents don’t have that luxury.
