$25 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 5 families in Las Vegas, NV

Hi! My goals as a Nanny are to take care of children, help them grow, and watch them have fun! It's important to me to have a wonderful relationship with both the children, and family that I work for. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am dependable, honest, patient, understanding & kind. I have teaching experience from Tutor Time where I was the Lead Toddler Teacher for five years before moving from WA to NV. I learned how to create curriculum and track milestones there. But, I also held an infant for the very first time & became a diaper changing pro! Haha!! Before I became a lead, I got to work with all the age groups from infants to school agers. I've worked with anywhere between 4-12 kids at a time. I learned about different behaviors, and each child's needs, while also memorizing all special dietary and allergy restrictions. Need a little "me time"? a night out w/ your significant other? Or just an extra hand? I'm your nanny! (:

Nia showed up to my house early and so bubbly. She brought toys, activities and even a bounce house! She showed my 18 month old how to play with blocks and she also taught her sign language for different items around the house. They sang songs and learned body parts. While my little one napped, Nia cleaned up around the house, offered to do some laundry and even offered to make some dinner or breakfast for the next day for my little one. She’s so thoughtful. I didn’t have to clean up at the end of the day in the kitchen. It was amazing. She showed my little girl the type of attention, love and understanding I strive to give everyday. If you are looking for someone that gives Chili Heeler vibes (yes, that was a Bluey reference) than Nia is your girl. I can’t wait to book her again.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
