I have three years of experience babysitting kids of various ages, and I’m CPR certified. I’m also familiar with managing diabetes and allergies. I have been nannying for approximately 5 years. I have had the pleasure of working with kids that range from newborns to 8 years old. I can work with children that are high energy and require a lot of attention. In previous roles, I have taken kids to birthday parties, to and from school, after school activities (sports, dancing, etc.) and to the park and playground. I have a 15 year back ground in early child hood education. During those 15 years, I created a program called Happy Genius. I have developed this program for ages 3-9 years old, whereI teach them their Alphabets in Spanish, English and Sign language. Using a colorful character I dress up as called Happy Butterfly. I integrate the language arts with songs, I also created to help them learn how to tell time, counting, days of the week, the seven continents, Self esteem and a few other educational songs. When paired with sign language and music, it helps synchronize the right and left brain and promotes fast learning and the memorization of information. I am also a holistic healing practitioner and I absolutely love being a positive role model. I have always enjoyed uplifting the youth as well as the elderly with my positive mindset. I also love animals, but unfortunately I an allergy to some cats, it just depends on the type of fur they have.
