**The Tiny Humans (Newborns to 3 Years): I bring tons of patience and gentle energy to the baby stage. I’m an expert at soothing, baby-led weaning, establishing great nap routines, and doing goofy voices during tummy time to get those first big belly laughs.
The Explorers (4 to 12 Years): This is where my vibrant side really shines! I love organizing messy arts and crafts, hosting living room dance-offs, creating outdoor scavenger hunts, and turning grocery shopping into a fun game. I also make sure homework gets done, schedules stay on track, and everyone gets to practice safely.
**The Teen Crew (13 to 18 Years): I act as a cool, but trustworthy mentor, who is loving but can hold boundaries when needed. I’m great at listening without judging, helping them navigate high school stress, teaching them how to cook basic meals, working on life skills for their adulthood that they may not know they need but do, executive functioning skills, time management, and financial responsibility, and supporting them as they grow into independent young adults.

**Safety & Emergency: I'm Highly vigilant and proactive regarding child safety, both inside the home and out in the community. I love having fun but safety comes first. I believe in open lines of communication providing detailed daily updates and teamwork.
When I’m not busy, You can usually find me outside, reading/boardgames, something artsy, and always music. I’m also a bit of a self-proclaimed bird nerd—crows are my absolute favorite. Hugely active in Special Olympics and challengers baseball league communities, and I have been and still am employed with an active provider number through developmental disabilities for 9 years
