A little bit about me: I moved to the Philadelphia area six years ago from Seattle, and spent the three years working in a trauma-informed, strengths-based GED and job training program for 14-21-year-olds. After that, I worked as a nanny for about 4 months before transitioning to a full time role as a community organizer. Before that, while studying at Gonzaga University, I worked for three summers as an overnight YMCA camp counselor, followed by 2 summers as the assistant director for a YMCA day camp. Throughout my time in high school and college, I babysat and tutored regularly, ranging in age from 2 months to 13 years.
