Hi, I'm Keira! I'm a writer and kindergarten afterschool teacher, excited to find a family with children between 4 and 11. My first childcare job was in middle school, as an assistant instructor at my martial arts studio. I assisted younger kids and even adults, but my favorite class each afternoon was the "Tiny Tigers" - a group of kids between 4 and 6 years old. While most of the class consisted of basic exercise and games, we strove to teach kids confidence and character - and I learned a lot about how to manage a group of rambunctious kids. I majored in Psychology at Arcadia University and interned at Moonstone Preschool in Center City, where I rediscovered my love for early childhood education.
