Hey!
My name is Carolina, and I am a teacher in MNPS! I moved to Nashville in 2010 for college. After gaining a BFA in Theatre education, certified for k-12 I started teaching full time. I started off teaching all subjects to a variety of grades from ages 3-18. However, for the last 8 years I’ve been so lucky to teach theater, acting, and film at the middle school level.
I have a passion for planning safe, fun, and engaging activities for children.
As a teacher I strive to ensure all children are in an emotionally supportive environment. I am well versed on multiple strategies that families trust, and I am more than elated to ensure that environment is protected. I personally am very familiar with Montessori strategies- gentle strategies and much more.
When caring for your child(ren), I am able to to tutor your child, read with your child, or even come with pre planned activities to keep your child engaged, having fun, and learning! Please, let me know a little about the children in advance so I can plan accordingly. I am also versed and will prepare any activities to support all children with different ability levels. ❤️
