Hi families! Seeking a full time nanny position between 30-40 hours a week. I have 12+ of professional experience in e-commerce/digital strategy; and 15+ years of childcare experience. I've cared for children of various ages and bring a calm, attentive, and nurturing presence to every family I work with. I'm especially passionate about supporting child-led play, encouraging independence, and fostering a gentle, respectful environment. I have a clean driving record and excellent references, and I take pride in being dependable, communicative, and warm. If you're looking for a thoughtful and trustworthy caregiver to support your family's rhythm, I'd love to connect!

Christa is a wonderful person and great with babies. I hired her to help me with my 12 week old twins. She jumped right in, followed direction and was extremely thoughtful. In addition, she is a pleasure to be around. I will definitely hire Christa again.

Hi there! My name is Liane, I'm 31 years old and I’m looking for a full time job to start in August! Or even to help some families on date nights and weekends! I have more than 10 years of experience as a volunteer at church, teaching kids from 6 months to 12 years old. As a volunteer every Sunday, my responsibility was to prepare classes and activities, act in plays, tell stories, read, sing, prepare snacks, bottle feed the babies, and change diapers. I also managed the whole Children's Ministry (with a total of 200 kids and 80 adults volunteers) for about 7 months while the usual manager was on maternity leave. I’ve been working as a nanny full time for the last 4 years and 9 months, helping families with kids between 4 months and 12 years old. I have experience watching multiple children, doing nanny share with 3 different families with kids of different ages at the same time. My main obligations were prepping meals, driving to school or parks, helping with their home work/ zoom classes, and keeping them fed. I have great references from my previous jobs and I am willing to provide more information on request. I consider myself creative and artsy (I do embroidery, macrame, scrapbooking, etc. ). I am active and enjoy exploring, doing outdoor activities (riding bikes, roller skating, hiking, swimming) which I would love to do with the kids. I'm proactive, clean, organized and like to cook! That's me in a nutshell, I hope I'm able to help your family! Looking forward to hearing from you! Sincerely, Liane

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
