I’m comfortable with diaper changes, baths, potty training, and general daily care. I have experience with older kids and helping with homework. In addition, I can help with light housekeeping and errands. I have reliable transportation and happy to assist when needed! I am BLS AHA certified and all of my vaccines and titers are up to date, and as part of my nursing program I complete regular health screenings and drug testing. I do not smoke or drink. I’ve been working at a school with children, ages 4 months old to 12 years old since February 2022. I am CPR certified. What I love about my job is the bond created with the children. I love seeing their faces light up when they come to the school, listening about their day and helping them feel better if they are upset or feeling down from what has happened in their day. Also, it’s rewarding to have a great friendship and understanding with the parents because it builds trust, communication and respect for one another. I take pride in helping children succeed with their goals, listen to them when they need to be heard and just have fun while they are in my care. Children are the shape of our future and having a positive role model in their life is very important. In my early 20’s I worked at a senior living facility for 2 years, working as a CNA. From year 2[removed] I took care of my mother, who was diagnosed with leukemia, so I am knowledgeable about giving medication, dressing and cleaning a PICC-line and other day to day duties. I have 4 dogs; blue bully, dachshund, chiweenie and chihuahua. My furbabies are my kids💜. When I’m not working, I’m spoiling my dogs with love, toys, treats, more love, snuggles and naps.
