Hello everyone! Happy to be of service to any in need! I'm a down-to-earth, mellow, humorous but devoted person that's does my best to stay open minded and flexible, always wanting to learn and improve. Natural animal lover (owned everything but birds and monkeys it seems) and fascinated with human behavior and psychology. I'm not perfect! But I do what I do, very well. I'm committed to serving a purpose and bettering the lives of those in need. From a young age though it may sound cliche, I feel I was somewhat destined for caring for others starting with my young dream of being a Pediatrician or Veterinarian, and helping raise and care for my 4 siblings and family friends kids. Moving on through the years it carried on in various capacities, up to officially working with seniors and disabled young adults which I've done for 5+ years now. In truth, the healthcare and childcare fields are understaffed. I've done this in 3 states and it's the same everywhere...there is always a demand, but not enough supply and in my experience, care in facilities is not always what it should be. It's hard enough to find care for your loved ones, let alone trust they will properly be cared for, allow me to alleviate that worry for you! Without getting too philosophical, I believe doing our part, and making the world a bit better, begins with caring for those that come before us, and after us...on top of building more empathy and understanding between us all. I would love to see more of a sense of unity and care fostered for our elders and children, that seems to be more prevalent in other cultures compared to American culture. Let's work together to make that happen!
