I started babysitting in high school and continued on and off through college, and also worked as a camp counselor in high school with kids going into kindergarten. I’m additionally a proud aunt to two boys (Ian is 3, and Ellis was just born on May 2!) and have spent a lot of time caring for and babysitting them over the years. Hi there, My name is Selay. I’m 30 years old and originally from Turkey. Spending time with babies and children is a true passion of mine. It brings me great joy to witness their curiosity as they explore the world around them. Caring for children has always been an important part of my life, not just as a job, but as a natural part of my family life as well. As the eldest child, I took on caregiving responsibilities at a young age. While my parents were working full-time, I was closely involved in caring for my younger sister from the time she was a baby, and I also helped look after many of my cousins. Growing up surrounded by children taught me so much and shaped me in many positive ways. I came to the United States as an Au Pair. I worked with the same family for three years, and during that time I also had the opportunity to work regularly with other families. Through these experiences, I have cared for children of nearly all age groups, including newborns. Over the past five years, I have developed extensive experience providing attentive, nurturing, and safe care for newborn babies during their most delicate and important early stages. With my current family, I began caring for their baby when he was just 1.5 months old, and we have been together throughout his entire growth journey. Hi, I’m Molly but most people call me Moon. I am currently going to school at Edmonds College. I’m 20 years old and am currently offering child care and pet care. I worked as a before and after school instructor at Hollywood Hill Elementary through the YMCA for 2 years. I also have experience working at an early childhood daycare and volunteering at a preschool. Through all of this I’ve gotten a lot of hands on experience in childcare, as well as many online trainings and certifications.
