Hi there! I’ve worked with kids for more than 14 years and have cared for little ones of all ages, from newborns to teens, and have plenty of experience working with multiple kids at once. I love creating a space where kids feel safe and understood. I’m patient, calm, and genuinely enjoy meeting new families. Also always happy to help out with pets too if needed! A bit more about me: I’m originally from the east coast but have spent the last 6 years between California and Washington - When I’m not babysitting, I work with children, teens, and families in a therapeutic setting as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. I have been practicing for over 2 years and hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. My work in child and family therapy helps me connect especially well with kids who are sensitive, shy, or nervous about being away from their parents. Babysitting is something I’ve kept doing over the years simply because I love it and it gives me a chance to connect with kiddos outside of the therapy room! Scheduling: I have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation. I’m available for date nights, evenings, weekends, and overnights, and sometimes during the weekdays. I also do my best to help out with last minute requests, so don’t hesitate to ask! If you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out. I’d love to set up a time to talk and see if I’m a good fit for your family! :)

Leada was wonderful with our 10 month old, he had a great time with her. She is a great communicator and kept us well updated.

Hi! My name is Christine! I am a mental health counselor desiring to work part-time/per diem for nannying and babysitting. I currently live near Green Lake. I very much enjoy working with kids, exploring new places (especially outdoors!), playing games, crafting, and finding creative ways to have fun with kids. Most of my professional and volunteer experience has been working with kids, and I desire to continue to work with children in therapeutic settings in the future. I have worked in preschool and nannying settings for the past year and half, and prior have worked with children therapeutically in an inpatient psychiatric setting, day and overnight camps, and babysitting, mostly with infants through 12 year olds. In previous nannying and babysitting, I help with laundry, housekeeping, and meal and snack prep, and am open to doing that alongside child care as well. Personally, I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, decorating, cooking and baking, and spending time with friends. I very much appreciate you considering me to work with your family!

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
