I had responsibilities like driving to and from school or appointments, cooking, cleaning, planning activities, and tutoring. Experience: I am the eldest of 5 children, the youngest 3 of them are 18, 16, 15 and it has been such a gift to be an active person in their lives. I also am a former D1 Rugby player and former youth coach so I love to stay active and do my best to keep kids off of screens while we are together. Education: As a former Chiropractic student with 182 credit hours towards being a primary care physician, I have a passion for holistic healing and wellness embodiments.
