I had been working as an English teacher at a bilingual preschool where I emphasized social emotional skills along with crafts and science experiments and English spelling, writing, and pronunciation. When I was not teaching a lesson I was there to play with and supervise the children as I strive to ensure a safe space for them where they can continue to grow and be happy and healthy. I am also fully vaccinated and have a valid WA driver’s license.

I’m the oldest sibling and have hands-on experience helping raise 3 siblings, 5 cousins, and 4 nieces and nephews, so caring for kids is second nature to me. I’ve worked with a wide range of ages and know how to balance structure, patience, and fun. I also have experience tutoring and teaching, which allows me to help with homework, keep kids engaged, and support their learning. I’m responsible, attentive, and good at reading kids’ needs, whether that’s keeping them active, calm, or on a routine. I take pride in creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment for every child.
