Jenna $28 per hour for 1 child

Hello,I'm Jenna . I'm 32 going to be 33 at the end of October . I work part time at Avis Budget Group just on weekends 730-4. I don't have any kids of my own but ever since I was teenager I been around my friends that had kids and I helped take care them, up to now my dad had another kid late in the game so I help take care of my half sister, and my niece is the same age . So I am pretty up to par when it comes to the newborn , toddler, and up ages . I am very patient, loving and caring. I am very respectful and always listen to the schedule told to me because we all know all hell can break loose if we don't . I am helpful around the house I naturally clean with out being asked just kinda how I am wired . I have done lots of housekeeping jobs over the years so cleaning comes natural. I have my own two and half year old pitbull so animals are also okay if you need help with some walks or doggie cuddles Lord knows my pitbull is super needy lol . I am CPR certified . Since I take care my little sister and niece cooking just comes natural too . I'm open during the week for any time really because I am working the weekend at my other job . Please if you have any questions feel free to ask. I have never been on one of these apps before so this is new to me.All of my experience just over the years with friends and family . My little sister is two so I just had to deal with the infant and newborn faze so diaper changing , bathing , taking care of a baby is very fresh still. Everyone had there own way of parenting so I am not stuck to one way I am always open ears to hear how you would like your child to be taken care of considering I have no children of my own I am always just the helping hand never one doing the actual parenting . With toddlers I love playing with them ,engaging , teaching them things , going to the park, doing arts and crafts . I'm not one to just put my kids in front of TV that's not how I grew up but nowadays that's how some parents find easiest. Lets do a meet and greet . Have a trial run and see if it's a good fit. I'm very easy going and understand life happens so if ever a emergency and need someone to watch your child on short notice I'm your person . I live in Rainer Beach currently don't have a vehicle for children but that will change soon I ride a street bike or take light rail. Happy to come to you and watch at your house . !! send me message let's chat . :)

$21 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 1 family in Seattle, WA

I love working with kids and being outdoors. I am vaccinated and boosted. I have a little experience in tutoring and am a recent college graduate. I would be able to help out with homework as necessary. I am almost fluent in Spanish. I feel very confident in working with children with special needs. I have experience being an aquatic therapist and teaching kids with various disabilities how to swim. Additionally, I was a social coach in high school and worked with students with special needs in helping them with homework, teaching them social skills, and job skills. I have been a lifeguard for 5 years and have my CPR certification. I have taught swim lessons to all age groups as young as 2 and as old as 18. I have taken a babysitting course at the Seattle Childrens when I was younger and have babysat quite a bit over the years. I also was part of a program in college to volunteer with homeless children at an after school program. This included serving them dinner, helping with homework and some fun activities. I have always loved dogs and have been around them my whole life. I feel very confident working with dogs of any size/breed. I volunteered at a dog shelter for many years and have had experience with timid and active dogs. As for cleaning, I have always helped around the house with chores and am willing to clean anything given the proper supplies.

Jordan was prompt, professional, and communicative.

"We absolutely LOVE Isa — our family was so fortunate to have found her through UrbanSitter. I'm a first-time mom, and it took me a long time to find a full-time nanny I could trust to care for our sweet infant boy. Our boy connected with her immediately, and we couldn't have asked for anyone else to care for him. Her calming presence was also perfect for parents like us who work from home. We feel so lucky UrbanSitter helped us find someone who has truly become a part of our family."

"I was so stressed about finding a part-time nanny for my 14-month-old son, who has moderate separation anxiety and hadn't been left with anyone but family before, but we were both immediately at ease in Buhay's presence. Her empathy and commitment to understanding child development are apparent in every interaction I've witnessed between her and my toddler. I feel very lucky to have found her."

"Erna watched our now 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son for a few years. She is punctual, responsible, honest, and playful. What we appreciated most was that she was thoughtful in ensuring that we had a little break; for example, when the kids were clingy, she was able to divert their attention with games or songs or walks to the park. We felt very comfortable leaving our kids with Erna because of her caring nature and experience that spans a decade (including being a live-in nanny)."
