Experience: I am the eldest of 5 children, the youngest 3 of them are 18, 16, 15 and it has been such a gift to be an active person in their lives. I also am a former D1 Rugby player and former youth coach so I love to stay active and do my best to keep kids off of screens while we are together. I am an “animal whisperer” and tend to forge special bonds with animals of all shapes and sizes. I have a 7 year old kitty named Aspen. Education: As a former Chiropractic student with 182 credit hours towards being a primary care physician, I have a passion for holistic healing and wellness embodiments. As a former Biopsychology student, I practice positive psychology, mindfulness and compassion as core values to my personality.
