We are looking for a warm, reliable, and proactive Part-Time Nanny / Family Assistant to help manage the afternoon and evening routine for our two young children. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children while also taking initiative with light household tasks related to the kids. The goal is to have someone who can independently own the evening routine, allowing busy working parents to step away from childcare responsibilities during this window.   •    Care for two children after school/daycare.     •    Provide attentive, age-appropriate play and engagement.     •    Comfortably supervise and care for two children simultaneously.     •    Prepare and serve simple dinners/snacks.     •    Manage evening routines, including bath, pajamas, brushing teeth, and bedtime preparation.     •    Handle diapers/toileting as appropriate.     •    Keep children's routines consistent and maintain a calm, positive environment. Family/Household Support     •    Fold and put away children's laundry.     •    Tidy children's spaces and play areas.     •    Clean up after children's meals and activities.     •    Help keep the children's bathroom and areas used during the evening tidy.     •    Assist with occasional child-related organization or household tasks as needed.
