About this nanny job

Most care is backup care needs, or an hour after school when needed. Occasionally date nights as well. Some random days with advance notice for short periods of time, but this can be flexible as well and turn into scheduled times each week. Safety matters the most, we're flexible and able to schedule in advance if needed for most care opportunities. Food will be taken care of just may need reheated. The older kids are mostly independent and don't need much care, they do tend to love to spend time with the younger ones though which may help. They have a set bedtime in the evening as well. The kids have chores assigned and know how to do them and cross them off for rewards on the family calendar system. They may need prompted but can complete the tasks. They also are allowed screen time with their electronics which are under strict parental controls. Time is usually limited, but this can be flexible when needed.
