We’re a busy family in Northwest Washington, DC looking for a responsible, dependable college student or young professional with a reliable car and excellent driving record to help with our two children (ages 10 and 8 during the school year. The position is approximately 12 hours per week, typically Monday–Thursday from 4:00–7:00 PM, with occasional additional hours when a parent is traveling. The primary responsibility is driving the kids to and from their after-school activities in the DC/Bethesda area, spending time with them at home before or after activities, and helping them get organized for the next day. A great perk of this position is that there is often 1–2 hours of downtime while the kids are at practices, so you’re welcome to study, read, or do homework during that time. It’s a great fit for a college or graduate student looking for consistent part-time work. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, organized, enjoys working with kids, and can commit for the school year.Nanny job details
