About this nanny job

Hello! I am looking for a part time nanny for our baby. I will be going back to work full time in December and will need more help then, but right now i'm looking for someone part time to become integrated into our family. Our baby is 3 months old and is becoming more aware of this world. His personality is slowly coming out but often dominated by his big brother (who is currently in school). We do have a dog, so you'll need to be comfortable with big dogs. She mostly stays in our backyard, so you don't have to worry about her.
