Looking for more than just another nanny job? We’re hoping to find an energetic, warm, dependable person who will become a trusted part of our family and help keep our busy lives running smoothly! We have a funny, smart 14-year-old son with physical disabilities and a bright, independent 13-year-old daughter. No special-needs experience needed—we’ll train you! Ideally, the schedule would be Monday–Friday, 1:00–7:00pm, with flexibility to stay later or start earlier (with advance notice, of course). Before the kids get home, we need someone who can take initiative around the house—laundry, dishes, straightening up, organizing, and noticing the little things that need to get done. Once the kids come home, the focus shifts to them: helping with homework, driving to activities, hanging out, helping with routines, and assisting our son with mobility. Our ideal person is warm, upbeat, organized, responsible, and has a strong work ethic. You’re a self-starter who doesn’t need to be told every little thing, but you’re also comfortable taking direction and learning how our family does things. You’re reliable, flexible, and can go with the flow when life gets busy! Most importantly, we want someone who will build a real relationship with our kids, bring great energy into our home, and feel like part of our family.
