Part-Time After-School Nanny for Two Kids (Ages 4 & 6) – Jenks We’re looking for a reliable, caring after-school nanny to help with our two kids, girl (6, 1st grade) and boy (4, almost 5, Pre-K), during the 2026 school year. We’re hoping to find someone who can become a consistent and trusted part of their routine and would love to find someone who may be interested in staying with our family beyond this school year. Schedule * Monday–Thursday: 2:30–6:30 p.m. * Friday: 1:30–6:30 p.m. * Approximately 21 hours per week * Additional daytime hours available/needed on teacher workdays and some school breaks * Looking to start within the next month What the afternoons look like The day will start with picking up both kids from the same school campus. They are in different buildings and have different pickup times, so you’ll need a reliable vehicle and be comfortable managing the school pickup routine. Mileage while transporting the kids will be reimbursed. Once home, we’re mainly looking for someone to spend time with and supervise the kids until we’re home. Responsibilities include preparing snacks and occasional simple meals, playing with them, and helping keep the afternoon running smoothly. We are not looking for a nanny/housekeeper—your focus is the kids. Boy loves soccer, Magna-Tiles and LEGOs. Girl loves writing, coloring, playing with her dollhouse and anything involving flowers. We’d love someone who enjoys interacting and playing with kids and will help make their afternoons fun and relaxed. We’re looking for someone who: * Has previous experience caring for young children * Is dependable and punctual, especially for school pickup * Has a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and a safe driving history * Is CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified) * Is a non-smoker * Is comfortable with cats—we have two! * Is comfortable having full responsibility for both children during scheduled hours College students are absolutely welcome to apply if the schedule works consistently with your classes. Pay: $20–$22/hour, depending on experience, plus mileage reimbursement for driving the children. We’re hoping to find someone warm, responsible and dependable who our kids can get to know and look forward to spending their afternoons with.
