About this nanny job

I'm looking for an experienced nanny for our 5 month-old infant! Desired qualities: Minimum 5 years experience with caring for infants, CPR certified, fully up to date with vaccines, background check and 3+ references available, non smoker, reliable transportation, honest, kind, patient, attentive (not using phone while on the job), likes dogs, and most importantly - extremely attentive and safety oriented. The job: I can be flexible with the schedule as far as days/times! I would like 3-4 hours of help 3-4 days per week. Once I start working in November, this will increase to 3-4 hours 4-5 days per week (I can hire a new person for this but ideally the same person for continuity would be great!). While baby is napping, light house keeping would be desired. Must be okay with nanit camera in nursery and main living space.
