After-School Nanny / Family Helper – NW DC We’re looking for a warm, reliable and energetic person to help with our two elementary-school-aged children after school in Northwest DC (Mann Elementary). Hours: 10–16 hours per week, primarily weekday afternoons, with a guaranteed minimum of 10 hours per week. We have some flexibility and can agree the schedule with the right person. The role will mainly involve: * School pick-ups and occasional drop-offs * Driving the kids home and to activities or playdates * Helping with snacks and getting them settled after school * Spending time with them and helping keep the afternoon running smoothly Driving is essential. You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and to be comfortable driving children. Having your own reliable car would be ideal. We’re looking for someone who is responsible, kind, confident with kids and, above all, dependable. We’d love to find someone who can become a consistent part of our family routine throughout the school year.
