About this nanny job

Work from home mom, here. Looking for added in home support for an active, fun, loving 17 month old boy. There are some calls/meetings where I need him quiet and occupied, so a sitter would be helpful to play with him or feed him while I'm on said calls. We have a safe neighborhood where you can walk him in strollers and get out of the house on nice days. He also has an enclosed play pen where the sitter is encouraged to hang out and watch him. He's pretty independent, just those times where he might be fussy from a nap or hungry when I'm busy that I'll need the extra hands with him.
