We're looking for a HINDI/URDU-speaking part-time babysitter/nanny. The main part of the job would be taking care of our 3-year-old daughter 3 days/week after school starting in September. It would include picking her up from school and entertaining her for several hours, either at the playground, library, home, playdates, or scheduled activities. We are looking for someone who can speak with her almost exclusively in Hindi/Urdu, but must be comfortable in English (for one of the parents). You: - Can create a safe space to help our child navigate handling emotions - Be fun and willing to do activities (such as outdoor activities and/or crafts, dancing, etc) with her - Speak exclusively in Hindi with our child - Prompt, reliable, and a good communicator Requirements: - Minimum 3 afternoons per week: it must include Wednesdays and we're flexible about which other days. - Non-smoker - Up to date on covid and flu vaccines (we are too) - Comfortable with cats (no pet care required) - Have references - Able to pass a background check - Please be able to commit to the full school year. We're willing to add more hours for someone who would also like to do some light housekeeping (family laundry, meal prep), but not required.Nanny job details
