About this nanny job

We’re looking for a warm, responsible, energetic babysitter/family helper for our two boys, ages 10 and 6, starting in early September. Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 3:00–8:00 PM, about 4 days per week. Ability to stay later when needed. Weekends are completely optional — there may be opportunities for additional daytime or evening hours if you’re interested, but they are not required. Responsibilities include: * School pick-ups and taking the boys to activities * Helping with homework and keeping them on schedule * Preparing simple kids’ meals/snacks * Cleaning up after the kids and helping keep their things organized * Washing/putting away water bottles and lunch items * Pitching in with general kid-related household tasks We’re looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, organized, and genuinely enjoys being with kids. Our boys are active and busy, so someone with good energy who can keep things moving would be a great fit. Pay: $28/hour We’re located in Flatiron and many of the boys’ activities are around downtown Manhattan/Chelsea.
