About this nanny job

Looking for a part-time nanny for two toddler boys, both about two years old. Can be somewhat flexible in hours. This is a nanny share set-up between two neighboring families with same-aged boys. The boys are energetic and love water play, pretend cooking, bunnies, the park, and buses. We are seeking someone with experience working with toddlers, with a preference for someone with experience caring for multiple young children simultaneously. Our ideal candidate will be attentive and engaged with the boys, providing some scaffolding for pretend play. We expect our candidate to have some knowledge of toddler development (e.g., age-appropriate expectations for following directions). At least one parent will be home at all times, but may not always be immediately available.
