We’re looking for a warm, engaging, and dependable caregiver for our 18-month-old. We’re starting with about 5 hours/week, with the goal of increasing hours. Pay is $20–25/hour based on experience. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys toddlers and will get down on the floor to play, read, and actively engage with our little guy. Care will take place at our home for now. We prioritize getting outside in all kinds of weather and have a large yard for play. We’ll start with a paid trial period, with days/times arranged week to week initially. A parent will often be home, so comfort working with us around is important. Infant/toddler experience required. Screen-free care and limited personal phone use expected. Vaccinations required; CPR preferred.
