Job Title: Part-Time Household Manager & Family Assistant (Guaranteed Weekly Pay) Location: Fuquay-Varina / Raleigh Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays (Approx. 8–11 hours/week) I am a busy working professional seeking a highly organized, proactive Household Manager & Family Assistant. I share custody of my two younger boys (elementary age) on an alternating week schedule, so this role beautifully blends childcare with heavy household management. The Schedule: Week 1 (Kids are with me): Tuesdays 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, and Thursdays 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM. (Involves picking kids up from school in Raleigh at 3:40 PM, bringing them to Fuquay-Varina, and Thursday night babysitting while I attend my older son's sports games). Week 2 (Kids are with Dad): Tuesdays & Thursdays 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM. (Zero childcare! Strictly household management: grocery shopping, running errands, vacuuming, organizing toys, folding laundry, and meal prepping for the upcoming week, including vegetarian options). Requirements & Must-Haves: Transportation: Must have your own safe, reliable vehicle and proof of active auto insurance. Safety First: Must have a clean driving record and pass a comprehensive background check. Medical: CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before starting). Punctuality: Excellent time management is a must—school pickup lines wait for no one. Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to meal prep/cook basic healthy meals. References: Must provide at least two professional or childcare references. Compensation: $25/hour with guaranteed weekly base pay (if you work 8 hours on an off-week, you still get paid for a guaranteed minimum!). Mileage reimbursement provided for driving the children from Raleigh to Fuquay-Varina.Nanny job details
