About this nanny job

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced and kind person to help with our weekday morning routine and school drop-off for our caring, curious and loving 6-year-old daughter, Emma, who is in 1st grade at WISH Community School. We live in Westchester, less than a mile from her school, and work East Coast hours, so we’re looking for someone who can provide dependable morning help during the school year. Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:15/7:30–8:45/9:00 a.m. (about 7.5 hours/week). If you’re only available certain weekdays, please still reach out. We’re open to splitting the schedule between two people. A typical morning would include: • Helping Emma get ready for school • Making her breakfast and packing her lunch • Tidying up after the morning routine • Driving her about 0.7 miles to school and dropping her at valet on Emerson Emma is very used to having morning help. We’ve had this arrangement since moving to LA in 2021, and she has always gotten along wonderfully with her caregivers. There is also the opportunity for additional hours if interested, including date nights and, once everyone is comfortable, occasional overnight stays. If you’d like more weekday morning hours and can stay past 8:45/9:00, we can also add some light household help after drop-off. We’re looking for someone dependable and punctual who has their own car, a valid driver’s license and insurance. Living in Westchester, Playa Vista or nearby would be a plus given the early start. We can start as soon as we find the right person and are happy to begin with a paid trial morning. Compensation: Competitive and based on experience and qualifications. References required.
