Part-Time or Full-Time Nanny for 15-Month-Old Toddler We are looking for a loving, dependable, and engaging nanny to help care for our sweet 15-month-old daughter. We are open to either part-time or full-time hours and can be flexible with the schedule for the right person. Mom works remotely from a home office during the day, so she will be nearby but needs someone who is comfortable taking the lead and keeping our daughter engaged and happy throughout the day. About Our Daughter She is a sweet, smart, active, and curious 15-month-old who loves: * Playing and exploring * Spending time outside * Music, dancing, and singing * Reading and interactive activities * Lots of attention and engagement She is very attached to Mom and Dad, so we are especially looking for someone who is warm, patient, energetic, and genuinely enjoys interacting with toddlers. We want someone who will build a trusting relationship with her and make her feel comfortable and excited to spend time together. Responsibilities * Loving, attentive care and supervision * Engaging her in age-appropriate play and activities * Outdoor walks, playtime, and exploration * Reading, music, singing, dancing, and other developmental activities * Diaper changes and helping with the transition toward potty training * Feeding meals and snacks * Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks for her * Cleaning up after toddler meals and activities * Helping maintain her nap and daily routine * Encouraging age-appropriate independence and development * Keeping her play areas and belongings reasonably tidy Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: * Warm, nurturing, patient, and dependable * Engaging and interactive rather than relying on screens * Comfortable caring for an active toddler * Comfortable helping with potty-training * CPR/First Aid certified (preferred) * Comfortable around dogs — we have 3 friendly dogs * Reliable and communicative * Someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children Schedule Part-time or full-time — flexible for the right candidate. Mom works from home, so flexibility and a comfortable, professional presence in a home environment are important. We are looking for someone who can become a trusted and consistent part of our daughter’s routine and who will treat her with the same love, patience, and attention we do.
