About this nanny job
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and organized nanny/house manager to help care for our 6-year-old son as he starts kindergarten. Role will include PTO, sick time and paid holidays. Key Responsibilities: - School Pick-Up: Walk to pick up our son from school, located just one block away. - Wednesday pick-up: 2:15 PM - M/T/Th/F pick-up: 3:25 PM - After-School Care: Provide engaging care- including outdoor time, after-school snacks, and homework support until 6:00 PM - House Management: On days with later pick-ups (and during downtime), assist with light household tasks including: - Simple meal prep (e.g., chopping veggies, packing school lunches for the next day) - Light laundry (wash, dry, fold) - General light tidying and organizing around the main living areas š„Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in child care or house management - Comfortable around dogs, we have a gentle, elderly pug at home - Punctual, proactive, and dependable - Clean background check and references - Non-smoking If this position sounds like a great fit, please reach out with your resume/experience details and references.
