Looking for a reliable, warm, and responsible caregiver to help with my daughter after school while I am working/commuting home. The main responsibilities include: * Being at our home/bus stop before the school bus arrives and getting her safely off the bus * Walking/accompanying her home and staying with her until I arrive * Spending time with her after school — playing, talking, doing crafts, reading, playing outside, or helping her settle in after her day * Providing an after-school snack * Preparing a simple dinner for her or getting dinner started for the family * Helping with light homework or school-related tasks when needed * Keeping her immediate play/eating areas reasonably tidy * Communicating with me about how the afternoon went and anything important that came up
