About this nanny job

After-School Sitter – Chevy Chase | Tues–Thurs, 3–6 PM We’re looking for a reliable, energetic after-school sitter for our two kids, ages 8 and 5, three afternoons a week (Tuesday–Thursday, approximately 3–6 PM). The typical afternoon would include picking the kids up from school, bringing them home, getting them a snack, helping keep homework and backpacks organized, and hanging out with them until we’re finished with work. Some afternoons may include driving one or both kids to a nearby sports practice or activity. Everything—our home, school, and most activities—is within a couple of miles in the Chevy Chase/Bethesda area, so there’s very little driving. Our kids are active and social and love sports and playing outside. We’re hoping to find someone dependable and engaged who genuinely enjoys being around elementary-school-aged kids and can become a consistent part of their weekly routine. Must have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation. We can provide car seats/boosters as needed.
