About this nanny job

We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and engaging nanny to help care for our baby boy, Shiloh! This is primarily a recurring one-day-a-week position, with the opportunity for 2–3 date nights per month as well. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys babies and is comfortable following a consistent routine. Keeping Shiloh on his nap schedule is very important to us, so we’re looking for someone who will prioritize his wake windows, nap timing, and overall daily routine. During awake time, we expect age-appropriate educational play and interaction rather than simply keeping him entertained. We’d love someone who enjoys reading, talking, singing, tummy time, sensory activities, and helping support his development. For the first few visits, one or both parents will be home and observing as we get comfortable with each other and make sure everyone is a good fit. Once we’re comfortable, the goal is for the nanny to confidently care for Shiloh independently.
