Full-Time Nanny Needed (Higher education or Bilingual German ideally) (2 Daughters: 2yo & School-Age) About Our Family We are a loving family based in Burlingame seeking a warm, and engaging full-time nanny for our two sweet daughters (a curious 2-year-old and an active school-aged child). Both parents work full-time ( mostly from home in master and eldest child’s bedroom), and we are looking for a trustworthy partner in care who can create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for our girls. The Role & Responsibilities Primary Daytime Care: Provide secure attachment and engaging 1-on-1 care for our 2-year-old daughter during the day (developmental play, story time, arts & crafts, trips to local parks, and managing nap/snack schedules). Afternoon Routine: Handle afternoon school pickup for our older daughter with youngest in tow - walking distance to school in double pram - and support after-school homework completion, providing snacks, and enabling play. Child-Focused Support: Simple child-related meal prep (lunch/snacks), and tidy up into the dishwasher, and keeping play areas tidy. Ideal Candidate Experienced with Toddlers: Patient, warm, and intuitive with toddler developmental phase - she needs to establish secure attachment (including separation anxiety/attachment transitions and help with full potty training). Reliable & Punctual: Dependable with strong communication skills and a calm, reassuring energy. Safety & Credentials: CPR / First Aid certified; background check and stellar references required. Nice to have: Higher education or German language skills Schedule & Compensation: Hours: Monday – Friday, 7.30 AM – 5.30 PM (40 hours/week). Pay Rate: $25+/hour (dependent on language / education).
