About this nanny job

We are looking for a caring, patient, responsible, and dependable caregiver for our baby, Emiliano. He is a sweet and happy baby who loves being talked to, played with, cuddled, and given attention. Since he is still very young, we are looking for someone who has experience caring for babies around his age and who is comfortable following his feeding, nap, and daily routines. Communication is very important to our family. I want our caregiver to feel completely comfortable talking to me about anything regarding Emiliano—whether it is a small question, a concern, something they notice about him, or anything that happens during the day. I believe open and honest communication is very important, and I would always rather know what is going on than have the caregiver hesitate to tell me something. I work 12-hour shifts, but my workplace is close to our home, so I am able to come home and check on Emiliano during my breaks when needed. I will always be available by phone while I am working. We would love someone who is loving, attentive, dependable, and genuinely enjoys taking care of babies. We are looking for someone who is comfortable preparing bottles, following feeding instructions, helping with naps, keeping his things and his area clean and organized, and maintaining his routine. We do not expect general house cleaning—just keeping the areas and items related to Emiliano clean and organized. We would also appreciate occasional updates throughout the day, such as messages or pictures, so I can see how Emiliano is doing while I am at work. We want someone who is comfortable following our safety guidelines and who can stay calm and make good decisions if Emiliano becomes sick or something unexpected happens, while always communicating with us right away. CPR and First Aid certification would be a plus, as well as references from previous families. We prefer a non-smoker. Spanish is not required, but if you speak Spanish, that would be wonderful and definitely a plus for our family. Most importantly, we want Emiliano to feel safe, loved, comfortable, and cared for. We are hoping to find someone who can become a trusted part of our family and who will treat Emiliano with the same care and attention they would give their own child. ❤️
