About this nanny job

Hi! We are a small, loving family looking for a wonderful caregiver to become part of our village. The care is for an incredibly sweet little girl, an ex micro preemie who is now thriving at home. Because of her history, I’m looking for someone who is attentive, reliable, confident with infants, and comfortable following routines and parental guidance. We are looking for care for approximately 5–6 hours at a time, primarily during the day and about half of which currently overlaps with naptime. Responsibilities would focus exclusively on baby—feeding, diaper changes, playtime/developmentally appropriate activities, soothing, and keeping her space tidy. No household cleaning, dishes, cooking, or laundry is expected. Experience with young infants is essential, and experience with premature babies would be a wonderful bonus (though not required). More than anything, we’re looking for someone warm, engaging, dependable, and genuinely excited about spending time with a sweet little girl. Mom does work from home but, as a previous caregiver, understands the importance of boundaries. Looking forward to connecting with the right person! Thank you.
