DSP/PSW + Family Helper — Damascus We’re looking for a warm, dependable extra set of hands to help our busy family, primarily supporting our 7-year-old daughter. She is autistic/ADHD, homeschooled, creative and playful, and loves art, animals, games and being outside. She does best with someone calm, confident and patient who understands neurodivergent kids or is genuinely interested in learning. She struggles with frequent car rides and transitions, making the afternoon school/activity shuffle especially challenging. The role is a mix of: * One-on-one time through play, art, outdoor activities and projects * Calm, low-demand/PDA-informed support with regulation and transitions * Supporting routines, communication and independence * Helping divide and conquer school/activity pickups * Simple meal/snack prep * Light household help like kitchen resets, laundry and tidying We’re looking for another capable adult who can work alongside us and help create more balance in our home. We recently qualified for DD services and would love someone interested in becoming our daughter’s enrolled PSW. We can help navigate the process. Schedule: M–F, 2–6 PM (20 hours/week) Location: Damascus Reliable transportation required.
