About this nanny job

I am seeking a reliable, trustworthy, responsible, and caring individual to assist with the evening care of my three children, ages 7, 6, and 4. The primary responsibility will be picking the children up from their aftercare program on time, safely transporting them home, and caring for them through their evening and bedtime routine. Once home, responsibilities will include preparing or serving dinner, making sure the children eat, assisting the school-aged children with homework, reading, and any school assignments, and helping everyone prepare for the following school day. The caregiver will also help with the children’s evening routine, including bathing/washing up, changing into pajamas, brushing their teeth, and getting settled for bed. All three children should be in bed by approximately 8:30 PM and no later than 9:00 PM. I am looking for someone who is patient, attentive, nurturing, punctual, dependable, and comfortable managing three young children while maintaining a safe, structured, and positive environment. The ideal person should have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and be comfortable transporting children. Above all, I need someone who understands that my children’s safety and well-being are the highest priority and who I can genuinely trust to be consistent, responsible, respectful of our home and family routines, and dependable enough to provide me with peace of mind while my children are in their care.
