Part-Time Nanny + Family Assistant | $22–$25/hr | Las Vegas We’re looking for a warm, experienced, and proactive nanny to become a trusted part of our family and care for our wonderful 2-year-old son. We’re hoping to find someone who genuinely loves the toddler years, enjoys being active and creative, and is looking for a longer-term relationship with a family. Our son is bright, curious, affectionate, and thrives on routine. He loves books, outdoor adventures, independent play, and exploring the world around him. We follow a Montessori-inspired approach, encouraging independence, hands-on learning, age-appropriate choices, and plenty of opportunities to explore and learn through play. The Schedule 📆 * Monday–Thursday: approximately 9:30 AM–4:30 PM * Friday: typically a shorter day * Occasional 8:30 AM start for a monthly board meeting * Located near Rancho & Oakey * $22–$25/hour depending on experience and qualifications * Paid weekly * Typically 30–35 hours/week when our schedule allows; weekly hours are not guaranteed due to the flexibility of my work schedule I work from home, but I’m very hands-off during childcare hours. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of the day and doesn’t need to be given a list of things to do. What Your Days Might Look Like ✨ We’d love someone who can naturally create a fun, structured rhythm for our son — planning activities, getting outside, heading to the park, reading, doing crafts or sensory activities, encouraging independent play, and following his established routine. We regularly visit Springs Preserve, Discovery Museum, local parks, and other kid-friendly activities, and we have a wonderful group of mom/park friends that we're part of. There is also a light family-assistant component, including: * Children's laundry * Simple meal and snack preparation * Restocking diapers, wipes, and household essentials * Light tidying and resetting play areas * Helping keep the day's routine organized and running smoothly Childcare is absolutely the priority. We are not looking for a housekeeper — we simply value someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative.
